Payment
We accept payment by cash, credit and debit card both in person and over the phone. Cheques should be made payable to Minstead Trust.

Reservations
All reserved tickets must be paid for within seven working days of booking. After this time the tickets will be made available for sale to other ticket buyers.

Ticket exchange
Up to one day prior to the performance, it is possible to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. Less than this, an exchange is not possible and no refund will be issued.

Concessions
Discounts are available to over 60s and under 16s. Any further concessions will be listed under individual shows.
