Hanger Farm offers a unique and relaxed setting for your business meetings and conferences, combining historic charm with modern amenities to ensure a productive and memorable experience.

Available for conferences, meetings, AGMS, business fairs, hospitality functions and charity fundraising events, our facilities are suitable to accommodate a range of corporate functions.

We can supply refreshments for your event, including tea and filter coffee, light lunches, sandwiches and finger food. To organise food and refreshments for your event, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Facilities for PowerPoint, slide shows, and video/DVD presentations are available and must be booked in advance.

The

Gallery

Situated on ground level adjacent to the main entrance and foyer area, the gallery is available for bookings. The area is suitable for meetings (15 people boardroom style and 30 lecture style), training and classes and is normally used for seminars, committee meetings and for educational purposes. This area is available for hire during the daytime and evening from 8.30am to 4.30pm, excluding Wednesdays.

Chairs and tables are available on site and set-up of these is included in the overall hire rate for the space. Please advise of any practical arrangements in advance of your booking so that staff are able to carry out your requirements.

One side of the space is a glass wall looking through to the foyer area. You are advised that if you are considering hiring the facility for physical activity to view the space prior to making a booking.

Please be aware that the gallery space, as the title suggests, is a working exhibition space. With a rolling programme of exhibitions booked into the gallery area, there will be works of art decorating the walls of the meeting room during any term of hire. When the space is hired for an event, the general public are not permitted access to the exhibition, so will therefore not disturb the hire.

Theatre

We have a stunning, large beamed theatre space available to hire for conferences, training, presentations and business events.

All detailed practical arrangements, e.g. seating plans, must be advised well in advance of the event so that staff are able to carry out your requirements.
