Since 2018, Hanger Farm, a social enterprise of Minstead Trust, has been providing training and employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities.

The Trust supports more than 320 people along the south coast from Poole to Portsmouth in order to build skills that help them find employment and live more independent and fulfilled lives.
