Picture your wedding day as it unfolds, from the moment you step in to the last dance of the night…
Setting the scene:
Your wedding reception at Hanger Farm begins with seamless preparations. You will have access the day before between 12pm-5pm to deliver items for the day. Our doors open from 10am to welcome your caterers, florists, and other chosen suppliers, allowing ample time for setting up and transforming the venue to suit your vision.
Welcoming you and your guests:
As you and your guests arrive following your ceremony, you will be greeted with a selection of arrival drinks, including sparkling wine, Bucks Fizz, orange and apple juice. Our Hanger Farm team will be on hand to ensure everyone feels welcome and refreshed, creating a relaxing start to your celebration.
Your reception:
Time for you and your guests to enjoy a meal and the much anticipated speeches, all while our team serve wine and bottles of water to your tables. As part of our drinks package, we provide enough wine for your tables to allow guests two glasses each.
From your first dance to the last song:
Our licensed bar will be open throughout the evening for you and your guests to order additional drinks.
To ensure a flawless evening of entertainment, our technical team will be on hand to assist your band or DJ with set up and any prior sound checks.
A night to remember:
Hanger Farm is dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences from start to finish. As the night draws to a close, we kindly ask that guests begin to head home around 11:30pm. This ensures a smooth conclusion to your special day, with Hanger Farm closing the doors at 12am.
There’s no rush to take your items with you. A member of the team will be available from 10am-12pm the following week for you to collect anything left behind.
