FEEL THE SOUND

A charity Concert in aid of the Minstead Trust

If you haven’t heard male voice choir singing before you might just be surprised. The waves of sound created by Romsey Male Voice Choir’s 60 plus singers can suddenly and explosively wake every nerve in your body, effortlessly and gently reach into your tingle factor, or, with a change of tone, bring tears or laughter to your eyes. Why not experience for yourself a concert that gives and is all about helping you to really ‘Feel the Sound’.

After it’s 30 years of existence Romsey Male Voice Choir is recognised as one of the best male choirs in the South. That’s why we’ve performed in venues as varied as Winchester, Truro and Litchfield Cathedrals, the Anvil in Basingstoke, the Lighthouse in Poole, the Mayflower Theatre and Cornwall’s famous Eden Project. Why we have sung our way through successful tours to France, Jersey, Manchester, Cardiff, Nottingham and more.

The programme of music performed is both progressive and eclectic, with pieces we all recognise, some we may think we know, and others that are exciting or challenging and new for many music lovers.

RMVC singers have a passion for song and performance, and as a charity itself, the choir has a passion for supporting great cause. So tonight we are delighted to be supporting the wonderful work of the Minstead Trust.

The Queen Bees are an award winning female a cappella choir, consisting of 10 talented singers, who met through a love of singing and performing. The group started in 2018 and has since made regular appearances at local music festivals and charity concerts. They love to sing a wide range of styles, including sacred choral, show tunes and pop.
